The staff were simply Amazing. We had important bicycle parts being shipped from Canada by UPS and the staff were great to help us out. Most notably was Jean -Michael. He went way beyond what was expected and helped us replace the bicycle part. We needed extra tools and Jean Michael was able to find what we needed. Our repair was complete and we are now able to resume our cycling holiday. A very special Thank-you to Jean - Michael and the entire team at Le Mouton Blanc.

Location and size of room.
Building interior looking and feeling a bit tired. Smelt musty in our room and there was evidence of cigarette butts outside the bedroom window.

The hotel was easy to find and there is ample free on-street parking immediately outside the hotel. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, though they weren't open on the night of our stay. There is a friendly bar just around the corner from the hotel and a pizza restaurant within a minute's walk. The train station is close to the hotel. It was nice to find tea and coffee-making facilities in the room - something of a rarety in French hotels. Breakfast was enjoyable but the hotel had second-guessed the bread order which meant that the croissants had run out by the time we sat down to eat.
Our room was far too hot, and with no air conditioning the only option was to open the windows which resulted in the room becoming quite noisy as Cambrai started to wake up in the early morning.
