staff super friendly and such a great spot for sports in family and swimming

Staff are not friendly.

A wonderful sports hotel with loads of facilities - swimming pool (with water slide), tennis, basketball, gym etc. Very comfortable room. Fabulous breakfast with many (healthy) choices. Good location for hiking or fishing. Loads of shops nearby including a supermarket.

we loved the facilities available to us. one can use everything if available. the fees for renting a court or equipment are more than reasonable. everyone is very friendly and helpful. the portions at the restaurant are super big and delicious.

Really nice and welcoming staff. We had excellent dinners in the restaurant. And the breakfast was great. The rooms were large and clean.

The rooms were quite old fashioned and the bathroom ventilation was super noisy.

Surprisingly good restaurant. Excellent meal and a pleasant stay. Next time we will have a couple of days here for sure.

Great friendly reception staff . Helpful and overall happy and accommodating. Goid inside bicycle storage . Room very nice with comfortable bed , very clean and bright bathroom . on site restaurant was very pleasant with Koi pond in center of restaurant which was delightful. Good food choices and excellent serving staff . Good breakfast with hot and cold food choices

The Staff from the hotel was very sympathetic and the food was very good, not only at breakfast but also at the hotel restaurant/bar. The room was quite big and beautiful and clean. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools and sauna, which can be used by the hotel guest for free.

Because the hotel is also a sports center, there are many sport activities happing there and can be a bit noisy during the day. For a working trip where one needs to work during the day maybe it is not the best option. Also, the internet connection was not very good. At first, I could not connect at all and later it was going down several times. The receptionist told me that they had some problems on that day.

Comfortable and nice hotel with many sport offerings, perfect for family with children

The indoor sauna area is fantastic: lots of different choice of saunas, all a bit different and fun to use. Small outside area with another sauna, hot pool and cold pool also really fun, especially now in cold weather. Enjoyed the bath with water slide etc., too. Staff is super ultra friendly and nice (unusually so for German standards), which made the stay especially pleasant. Restaurant in general (for breakfast as well as for other meals) is also quite decent.

I know the price includes the sauna and bathing area, which otherwise already costs a lot of money, but for the price you pay you just really expect more upmarket rooms. Don't get me wrong: they are clean and large and generally OK, but they are also JUST OK, and otherwise very basic. The hotel area feels like it's built out of containers, and from the outside it even looks that way. In the end, the absolutely great staff and the wonderful sauna area just cannot make up for the feeling of being in a rather cheap or basic motel if you stay there overnight.

big clean room which was good for us as a family with 2 kids, the ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful but this was not the same with the stuff at the restaurant. The breakfast was ok and the dinner at the restaurant was good but very pricy. We had a lot of fun in the swimming pool with good options for younger kids, the bowling was also nice and fun for the whole family.

The swimming area needs some renovations, the stuff at the restaurant was a bit rude specially because we do not speak German, the guy refused even to try to help and we had to ask other people who were having their dinner to communicate for us to order

The breakfast was good, the swimming area was nice for the family and we spent long time there. The room is big and clean.

There were a group of young people staying and the pulled chairs and decided to party under our window so we could not sleep till 4 am and the reception closes around 9 pm so there was no one to complain to. The dinner was very pricy for the quality. All rooms are on the first floor but it was tricky as there was no elevator while we had a heavy pram with us

It is fantastic place! We don’t expect that people at the reception will be so nice. Rooms are clean, water pool excellent for kids and adults. We decide stay one night more because our children were so happy at this hotel.

I experience the following situation: Upon return to the hotel in the evening THERE WAS NO WARM WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER. We tried to reach the reception and NOBODY WAS THERE EITHER. I rented that hotel room for Business purposes and that of course led me to a great deal of inconvenience and frustration!!!!
