Setting of the hotel is amazing. Perched on a hill with lovely views over the valley. Room was large, plenty of space, nice balcony. Staff were friendly.
This is based on the fact this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Shower head is ridiculously small and leaks all over the floor (our friends room was exactly the same). Parts of decor were looking a bit old and tired. On balcony, there was a little green area, full of weeds. One member of staff on the bar and run off his feet so took an age to get served (once we'd located him). Breakfast was OK but compared to the other four star we stayed in, definitely not in that league. Much more limited choice and not as good quality.
