Très bon séjour. Nous recommanderons.

L’emplacement était parfait. L’accueil très bien

Un verre à eau n’était pas propre ( sucre au fond du verre) Les oreillers un peu ferme à notre goût.

Aangename passage

Zeer aangenaam onthaal. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Grote kamer (na upgrade) met frigo en kluisje. Gratis drankjes op kamer en koffie/thee-zetten. Compleet en lekker ontbijtbuffet. We werden verwezen naar het nabije restaurant Enfin (korting) voor een zeer lekker diner. Prijs-kwaliteit. Gelegen in voetgangerszone, doch korting in nabije openbare parkeergarage.

De badkamer was niet verwarmbaar. Vasttapijt en stoffen divan op kamer.

Go-to place for Metz

Love this hotel! Great location, great staff, comfortable rooms. Made a mistake one time of booking somewhere else in Metz and came to regret it. This is my go-to place.

Séjour agréable. Bon accueil. Très bien placé.

Le personnel très aimable et très sympatique. Déco très jolie. Vieux bâtiment pas dénaturé. Travaux bien faits

Points d'amélioration : porte d'entrée - à l arrivée ce n est pas très clair on se demande si c est bien l entrée - la partie accueil est bizarre aussi. Moderne certes. Mais on se demande si on est au bon endroit. - la sonnette pour demander à quelqu'un d'ouvrir la porte très désagréable, surtout quand il faut appeler plusieurs fois. Un badge pour les clienrs serait un vrai plus.

Uitstekend hotel middenin het centrum

Het hotel ligt middenin het centrum. Parkeren in een parkeergarage in de buurt, met korting via het hotel. Het hotel bevindt zich in een oud gebouw met charme en het is heel sfeervol ingericht. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamers met prima bedden, een fijne douche, koffie/thee mogelijkheid.

Er is een tafel met maar 1 stoel. Begrijpelijk vanwege weinig ruimte, maar daardoor niet functioneel.

Geschmackvolles Hotel in zentraler Lage - mit liebevollen Details und tollem Service

Das Hotel liegt super und absolut zentral in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Metz. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber geschmacklich / französisch-chic und alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll und vielseitig - es fehlte an nichts. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit - wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel voll und ganz empfehlen.

Tolle Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Metz City

Das Zimmer war sehr gut aufgeteilt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe mit gutem Preisangebot

Das Zimmer ging zum Innenhof hinaus wo unten eine große Klimaanlage oder Wärmepumpe sehr laut vor sich hin dröhnte….

Kamers zijn schoon, bedden liggen goed en de ligging van het hotel is perfect.

Mooi hotel vlakbij de prachtige kathedraal.

Prachtige ruime kamer in een stijlvol verbouwd pand in de binnenstad. Vriendelijk personeel en goed geregelde parkeergelegenheid op 250 meter van de voordeur.

Een minpunt. Douchen in bad is niet mijn ding en hier is het ook nog gevaarlijk door de hoge uitstap zonder houvast. Een beugel naast het bad aanbrengen!

The staff was nice and helpful. Good location in the center of old town. Shower was new. Tea and coffee in your room.

The room was extremely small (but that is probably my fault as I was travelling alone and chose a single room). Cleaning was done by different ladies, one was great, the other one no so much. I was given a quiet room as I asked (facing the courtyard) but walls are very thin, you can literally hear your neighbours snoring. Breakfast is ok by French standards but no vegetables at breakfast, limited options for vegetarians. Location is good in the center of old town but beware you can' t access it by car, you have to carry your luggage quite a bit by foot. It's also around 16 min away from the train station so if you plan to travel every day by train l/car as I did it might be an issue, I would have chosen a hotel closer to the train station with direct car access if I would do it again. This is not a critique of the hotel, it's more of a recommendation for people who use Metz more as a base for their travel around Alsacia, not their holiday main destination.

Perfect location and nice hotel

The location of the hotel is very central and everything is within reach. The hotel has been recently renovated and there are still works planned to extend the breakfast room. Looking forward to seeing it! The room is spacious and has a safe and a fridge with a complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast had a lot of options: very satisfied about the savory part!

Nice stay in the center of town.

This is a nice modernized hotel in the middle of Metz. The staff in the lobby were friendly and great at answering questions. Ask for a room on the courtyard side. We were delirious after an overnight flight and a rowdy cafe patron kept waking me up (but not the rest of my family). Location wise - its right in the middle of town.

The parking was a bit difficult to figure out. The closest parking lots still take you a couple blocks over a bunch of cobblestones.

Very good

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived with bicycles and they had a courtyard where we could safely store them. Very convenient location in the center of town. Parking garage is about a 4 minute walk away.

If you have a room facing the street and you have your window open, it can be quite noisy at night, but you're downtown in an area with bars and restaurants, so not much to be done about that. But it was relatively quiet with the windows closed.

too expensive and not what I expected from a Mercure Hotel

it is close from the center

the sink faucet was loose (moving on the sink) the ventilation of the bathroom was not working letting the room very wet, the bed was too soft, the blanket way too warm, and the bedsheets loose. In general the vinyl floor of the bedroom and the corridors looked dirty.

Enjoyable town with several restaurants nearby.

The location excellent. the cathedral was a few walking minutes away. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was sufficient.

The street it is on was very noisy in the morning due to trucks unloading merchandise for the shops. it was impossible to sleep after 7am.
