Super friendly and informative staff. Decent room and great breakfast each morning. Pool area was clean and the pool itself was a welcome addition. Great views out over the mountains. Hotel is brilliantly located right in the centre of things and very close to the lifts.

Tra i punti di forza della struttura indubbiamente c’è la posizione, la pulizia, l’attenzione al cliente. C’è anche la piscina, di cui noi abbiamo usufruito poco perchè non c’è stato abbastanza tempo, ma nelle poche ore in cui siamo stati sono bastate per dire che è molto ben tenuta. Un plauso allo staff: Dario, Maria, la ragazza responsabile delle colazioni, davvero bravissima. Solare e sempre attenta. Anche i responsabili del servizio di pulizia, sempre discreti e molto bravi. Il fatto che la struttura accetti animali domestici è poi la ciliegina sulla torta. Ci siamo sentiti davvero bene, dispiaciuti di dover tornare a casa, che non capita sempre. La proprietà ha voluto conservare uno stile autentico, e gli interni rispecchiano l’anima montanara. La colazione è molto ricca e ben assortita.
Se devo trovare un difetto, forse il bagno un po’ datato, ma comunque sempre impeccabile e perfettamente funzionante. La camera non grandissima, ma per le nostre esigenze andava comunque bene.
