The location downtown was great and the staff were friendly.

It was difficult to keep water in the shower and no all over the bathroom. Some rooms seem to be upgraded and won’t have this issue.

Everything was great! Comfortable, clean, right near old town and restaurants, friendly staff. Great value, premium feel

Parking building difficult as very narrow ramps and parks, seems typical for Spain!

Central location with secure underground parking.

Room (next to lift well) looked out over back yards and washing lines. We read that breakfast was buffet style (like we had in Paradores) - it isn't. The waitress brings you one of everything, meaning you can't go back for more, say more fruit. Air conditioning in room didn't really affect room temperature - but we found this to be a common problem in many hotels in Spain.
