The room (and the whole resort) was amazing! It was built INTO the natural mountain and had great views of the ocean and felt very much like we were submerged in the environment.
The cushions on the beach lounger could have been cleaner. The shower setup in the bathroom flooded the bathroom every time we showered so we had to be quite careful.

The property had one of the best views in Kho phangan. Also the stuff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is near to the Fullmoon and great bars so I’d recommend it.
One of the biggest problems is that the place is located on a hill, so if you don’t have a motorcycle to rent, it can get pretty annoying going up and down all day. We thought there would be Bolt or Grab in Koh Phangan, but it turns out they don’t have them. Instead, you have to rely on these uncomfortable shared taxis and wait for other people to join you, which can be quite inconvenient.

The location was great! Be prepared for a very steep hill (not long but 6 times a day you feel it) - our room was a villa looking directly out to the sea. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and also lunch options / we didn’t have dinner here. Nice roof bar for drinks and food. 4 min walk to haad rin walking street and two beautiful beach options as right on the tip of the island.- lots of shops and restaurants nearby and hotel offers bike rentals at a good price. Would def recommend hiring a bike so you can explore the island.
The room was really dated and dark. My family loved it but it felt quite bleak in there even with the curtains open. Painted white, the room would be an actual dream:

Loved the views the people and how close it was to everything but far enough away so you cant here it!
I feel the property would of been amazing 10 years ago, water falls were never on and haven’t been for ages rooms are super dated no tv buts falling apart, massive potential to be a fantastic hotel like i think it used to be
