Alles wirklich Top, auch der Pool und die Saunen. Sehr zum empfehlen
Leider gibt es am Pool keinen Liegen in Innenbereich.

- Personal immer super freundlich und nett! An der Rezeption, in der Bar, im Restaurant!
- Zimmer wurde immer während des Frühstücks gereinigt. Sehr effizient!
- Waschmaschine sehr einfach zu bedienen und hilfreich bei längerem Aufenthalt
- Frühstück ein Traum! Frisch gepresste Säfte sehr gut
- Balkon musste mit Kettenraucher geteilt werden und da meine Frau schwanger ist, mussten wir um 8 in der Früh und auch Abend immer wieder die Balkontüre schließen. Könntet ihr nicht einen Raucherbereich einrichten, weg von den anderen Gästen?
- Duschabfluss riecht oft sehr streng. Reinigungspersonal lindert den Gestank täglich, jedoch kommt er leider immer wieder zurück
- der QR code am Schlüsselkartenleser im Zimmer führt zu https://qrco.de/ederhotels, dieser Seite funktioniert jedoch nicht
- wlan im zimmer sehr gut! Im Chillbereich über dem Pool leider nicht ausreichend Empfang um am Laptop ordentlich arbeiten zu können

Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt - sehr liebes und freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten und sauberes Zimmer. Die Cocktails an der Bar sind echt empfehlenswert 👌🏼

Overall look was good.
Swimming pool was brilliant
Breakfast was fair
Poor check in regarding advice on food offer facilities.
We were the furthest room possible from reception requiring lifting our cases up 3 flights of stairs with my partner walking with a stick.
No offer of help.
The one evening meal we were there at about 20.30 but were very rushed, food was delivered 3-5 minutes after ordering..the prawns tasted as if microwaved..like a rubber ball.
The dessert which we had ro ask for ..the menu consisted of ice cream, Strudel or a dish translated as simply chopped pancake.
We didnt eat in house again.
