Beautiful location, amazing architecture and layout. Staff was fairly friendly and helpful.
The gym was in disrepair, the pier looked like it could use some work. There was a lot of trash in the ocean and on the beach. Our room was in decent condition, but everything needs a bit of maintenance- outlets, switches, tile, paint, woodwork is all aging and in need of freshening up. Overall very happy with it for the price.

The view was amazing!1 Ocean view however the staff made it the Best!1 exceptional customer service, very happy and caring staff.
I would have enjoyed more activities on site. The only thing we did not enjoy was the boat ride to snorkel at the island. It was unclear there were extra charges once you got to the island. People were pretty much standing around. We could have snorkeled back at the resort and had better time. It would be great to buy or rent snorkel mask and fins for there, at resort and that would have been enjoyable. I do want to compliment that the manager was very sincere about wanting our experience to be enjoyable so she did her best to compensate for the bad experience.customer service that really does care.

breakfast was good...staff excellent, room was nice and view was excellent
beach was very nice and clean in places other parts were dirty. Ten per cent gratuity on the room and then another ten per cent on the food. Two nights of meals was over 200 cdn dollars yet the food was nothing exquisite. Two drinks were like 40 cdn dollars, grossly overpriced. The hotel was enjoyable yet for this amount of money, will not be staying there again.
