We really liked the location, 5 minutes walk to a very nice beach. The whole atmosphere was pretty and calm. People were kind and helpful, especially Trisia at the reception. We arrived much earlier than the check in and she arranged breakfast for us and made sure that our room was ready as soon as possible.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The facilities are excellent. The hotel is very close to the beach and there is ample parking right outside our room.
The staff members were very polite and accommodating.

Food was ample. Enjoyed the local variety.
The drinks (cocktails) were very good im terms of not being the usual generic mixes one gets with all inclusive....but did vary a lot depending on which bar tender was working the shift.
However overall it was very worthwhile and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Replacing the bottled water in fridge. Needed to ask
TV was useless...no internet connection and unable to play Netflix or Youtube. Probably an ancient TV system.

Door between separate rooms with very poor insulation. Could hear a pin drop in the next room.
