I liked the outdoor pool, but there were wasps there; the bedroom was comfortable; the food was delicious.
It is not clearly stated that there are many stairs leading to the cottages, meaning one has to use them multiple times a day to get to the pool, spa, or restaurant—which is inconvenient when wearing a bathrobe and flip-flops. The path to one row of cottages is an unpaved dirt track. There are no handrails on the internal staircases of the cottages. There were cobwebs on the ceiling of the room. The restaurant staff were unprofessional. What left the worst impression was the lack of access to the water dispenser during dinner.

The complex looks amazing. It has a charm (especially in the morning with a fog). The food was excellent with many options to choose from.
In the rooms there was a central heating working and the rooms were warm and cosy. In the complex, there is a special,separate room for kids to play. The elevator was available.
Rooms in the main hotel were a bit old. Walls were cracked,but it gave a real home vibe

On a positive note, the property itself is well-maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, making it easy to relax. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
I had a really disappointing experience during my stay. The staff were consistently rude and unwelcoming, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Simple requests were met with irritation, and it felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than valued customers. There was no effort to be helpful or friendly, and basic courtesy seemed completely absent. Unfortunately, the poor attitude of the staff overshadowed everything else, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
