Loved it. It's beautiful, comfortable ,close to amenities, public transport,clean and tidy.
Some may not like the decor,the design, and what not, but please bear in mind it's a guest house and not a hotel. It's not going to be perfect and pleasing for everyone to like it. Everything works,the TV ,fan, flush,and heater.The small details were really nice.Toiletries are provided.
Don't complain about the breakfast, it's disappointing that one expects bacon of what they pay.
Parking space is for 2 cars.
No complaints. It's a guest house .If you don't like it, stay at home.
No lifts, keep luggage minimum.

The location was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were kind enough to give us two fans to try and deal with the heat during the unprecedented heatwave.
The facilities were falling apart, the door kept getting stuck and the temperature of water that came out of the shower had nothing to do with whatever we had done to the dial. The family room was also really hot, being on the top floor, but that wasn't something the owner could really control in the middle of an unprecedented heatwave (and they did at least give us several fans to try and help with the heat).
