The lady we met at reception was lovely,very friendly, beautiful garden.
Everything was perfect about this place until we had breakfast and received the bill,we were charged £5.99 for 2 cups of tea on top of our breakfast meal,which is something in over 40 years of visiting hotels has never happened to us before, this is not a corner cafe in town,and then to try and charge us £3.50 for 1 extra peice of toast,we'll let's just say we certainly didn't pay for that.This was so disappointing because maybe if we were told up front they were going to charge for a cup of tea and 1 peice of toast we would have refused. Find it very odd that no our reviews mention this,because this will definitely stop us visiting again.
