Location was great, also the food and the New Year’s party
Reception not friendly or able to help, with any changes to reservation. Not able to very expensive drinks and laundry service

Poor staff, we arrived close to 11:30pm and they forced us to pay for a 12 years old kid otherwise they would not let us in. Our reservation included kids, so staff behavior was unacceptable and inappropriate. We end up over paying otherwise we would not have where to go at the latest hour.
