Friendly staff
There was no shower gel in the shower.

Conveniently located in the central city, very friendly staff & good amenities.
The bed was comfortable & the rooms very clean.
Our room also had a good view of the city.
Check-in was not smooth - when I checked in I was given 2 key-cards to the room (for my fiance & I) but a separate card is required to activate the electricity in the room, which I was not given.
Most rooms do not need a separate card to activate electricity in a room, so I was trying to make it work for some time before I asked reception (the phone in the room did not work without electricity so I had to go down to reception).
When the staff realised the error there was no apology, it didn’t seem to be an issue for them, although our service across our stay was very good.
Water to the room was not active 24/7 & twice across the 3 nights I stayed there, the water bizarrely & inexplicably was not working.

The hotel offers comfortable, well-sized rooms. Its location is very convenient, and the staff is attentive and helpful.
The breakfast includes a wide variety of items, but the quality is lacking. The dining area is small for the size of the hotel, resulting in overcrowding, with tables placed very close to each other.
