Heel goede locatie.
Inventaris van de keuken te summier . Geen snijplank. Douchekop in de hand geen ophangsysteem, haar wassen dus echt lastig. Te weinig ruimte voor toilettas in de badkamer.

La colazione non è inclusa. La posizione è buona per raggiungere diverse spiagge famose rimanendo vicini a Chania. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati e ristoranti. Propietario simpatico.
Piscina non utilizzata da nessuno, il proprietario richiede il self service per i lettini. Manca l'asciugacapelli che va chiesto al proprietario, Manca l'acqua che deve essere acquistata fuori.

This is our second year staying at Villa Rita, and we are very happy with our choice. The location is excellent. There is a beach with natural shade and a lovely taverna just a short walk from the apartments, and a few minutes away you’ll find a long beach stretching for several kilometers.
It’s also a great base for exploring this part of the island. All the apartments are clean and renovated. We are extremely satisfied and would gladly stay here again.

Location. Balcony. The house looks good from outside. The kitchen was not the best we ever had but it had the minimum essential for cooking or warming a meal.
The shower is not very functional, a suction holder would easily fix this, if the problem is drilling.
The apartment could be better cleaned, there was a lot of hairs from other guests, there was dust in the surfaces... The bed had decoration pillows and covers very dirty, probably never washed. We normally don't like decoration bed clothing, which is not washed between guest, that's the 1st thing we put away, but had never seen this dirty.
One of the nights there was a cockroach walking in our room, next day we told the host, who said it is just normal when you open the balcony. We would expect more care about this.
The couch cover was also very dirty.
The balcony was very nice but hard to enjoy when the neighbours below are allowed to smoke and do it for hours non stop. This also makes impossible open the bedroom and bathroom windows.
