The location, the breakfast
WiFi is always disconnect in room and in reception certain public area.
My room is located too low, it’s unable to open the window to let in fresh air.
Showering Water is too small, if want to opened up more water, it gets cold.

Maybe it was because we booked last minute, but the room was dirty. The floor was full of dust (our feet were full of it) and there were some spots / some sand on the sheets. The breakfast was disappointing.
