Great location for La Thuile ski resort.
Spacious rooms.
Friendly Bar staff.
Food was buffet style with good selection.
We saw 2 people vomit in the dining room.
One a child can be forgiven but a grown woman not.
Cleaning up was not done well - paper towels then taken through food serving areas.
Certainly wouldn’t pass IPC standards!
4 of our party ended up ill. We managed to contain ourselves. I would suggest review of cleaning up of infected bodily fluids processes needs passing on to dining room staff.

Great food, efficient service, great location. Spa and pool were lovely and easy to book. The games room was brilliant for the kids and the bar was a relaxing space.
The lifts felt quite old and in need of maintenance.

the staff are amazing, went beyond my expectation to accommodate us, especially my children to feel welcomed with an extra effort to make special food, outside of the menu.
the hotel restaurant (extra cost) is amazing and serve one of the best pizzas I've ever had in Italy at a reasonable price.
not a modern hotel - the hotel is very old, there are 4 elevators but it seems none of them works...
ski room isn't modern and the lockers don't have heater for the ski boots.
no fitness room, parking at extra cost and you have to walk out for a gear rent, though i was told it's within the same complex
bad hygiene and organization - when i receive the room - it wasn't clean. i found hair on my pillow and stains on my sheets... after few days we ran out of toilet paper and had to go down the reception for new ones.
