Lovely, friendly front desk staff. It was also the best price for quite a long way in any direction.
The furnishings are a bit dated, but that would have been fine. Sadly though there was a huge group of very very noisy school children, who made an incredible noise in a building which wasn't well soundproofed. I understand the economics of the situation, but the ultimate yardstick for a good hotel has to be whether or not you get a good night's sleep - and I'm sorry to say that we really didn't. We were told that in this period, all hotels in this price range in the area are full of group bookings. I'm afraid that would simply make me book an apartment next time.
