Big, friendly, clean, smart. Good room, bed, shower room, linen. Balcony. Good breakfast. Good staff.
No kettle. The conservatory restaurant is noisy with traffic (And an Australian gentleman!) and a table football machine! I moved inside. Awful. Glad I had a room at the back.

I liked the food and the beds were very comfortable but the best of all,staff was so friendly and made us feel at home.
It was nosy from the neighbours.
