Rooms were good. Clean and welcoming.
1. Too much time to set up the beds that we had put an advance request for (one of the rooms took well past midnight.
2. Food Quality during lunch and dinner, were much below expectation. It left a lot to be desired.
3. The response staff: E.g: The rice item on buffet: A lot of grains were too stiff. Must have dried due to the heating. No checked or replaced it. Upon complaint, they offered to prepare fresh, but the very idea of buffet is not to wait.

The bed. It tilted to one side and there was fear of falling off.
