Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - na rozdrożu dróg. Cisza i spokój z racji ograniczonego płatnego ruchu. Widać że właściciel dba o obiekt i stale go unowocześnia. Część pokoi odnowionych od podstaw, reszta jednak bardzo stara ale czysta. Bardzo dobre jedzenie z karty. Śniadania - wybór podstawowy ale smacznie. Dookoła obiektu dużo miejsc do odpoczynku, miejsce na ognisko i plac zabaw dla dzieci.
Nie było podanej informacji (albo nie doczytałem) że wjazd na drogę prowadzącą do obiektu jest płatna ! To powinno być kilka razy wyraźnie zaznaczone.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre choc dość mały wybór. Fajnie, że codziennie było coś innego na ciepło. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra z pięknym widokiem. Bezpłatny parking przy samym obiekcie. Stoliki na zewnątrz gdzie można bylo zjeść śniadanie. Na ogrodzie leżaki do odpoczynku lub oglądania gwiazd. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Możliwość dokupienia kolacji również na plus.
Materac przesuwal się na łóżku troche ciężko bylo się dobrze wyspać.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Snezka (about 7km), and it's not far from Velka Upa bus stop either. This was important, as we don't have a car. The room and beds were comfortable, the interactions with the staff were pleasant, and the meals and breakfast were alright.
The gym and games (mini football, ping-pong table) are set up in tiny rooms in a basement with very little appeal. But it doesn't bother so much that it's ugly and cramped, the real problem is the bad air quality. I wouldn't want to spend a minute there, let alone exercise or play games.
The sauna is tiny, as it fits two people only sitting side by side, and has been placed in a tiny room as well, leaving little room to change before or after, and without access to showers or WC.
The hotel would be much better if it improved on these things, because it's, frankly, subpar from what we've normally encountered in these kind of establishments.
