The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff is wonderful and attentive. The pool area is very nice and clean, and everything is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. The shuttle service to the beach is very convenient.
There are issues with the Wi-Fi, and it is not available in the rooms. However, considering it's an island, this is somewhat understandable.
While other staff members were great and happy to communicate in English, the reception team either couldn't or wouldn't speak English. For people working at the front desk in tourism, this was quite disappointing.

Enjoyed the all inclusive package, good selection of food, easy transport to beach club. Grounds we'll kept.
Lots of stairs especially to go from the main pool/lunch area back to the rooms.
