The location is excellent. You’re looking at a 2 min walk to the (best) beach, Ornos in one direction, a 2 min walk to a 24/7 bakery in the other. Directly opposite is a supermarket and a cafe, and a bar next door. The bus stop to the town centre (Fabrika) is a 3 min walk. The bus is very regular every 20 or 30 mins from early morning until late at night, around 1:30am. It costs €2 and takes 5-10 minutes. I absolutely recommend this location. The property is clean and simple. Checking in and out was easy. The room was cleaned daily. The property stored our bags for us after we checked out in the morning and had a late ferry in the afternoon. Good value for the area. Decent WiFi and Air Conditioning, hot water etc. Beds OK, shower ok but was a bit small and the shower curtain needed replacing. However overall clean comfortable and excellent location. Would stay again if the price doesn’t massively increase next year.

Room was big enough for my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a 2 level suite with all the amenities mentioned in the post. A/C worked great, grocery store across the street was fantastic to get snacks and meals and drinks. Rooms were cleaned daily if needed but we were there a week and had it cleaned a few times, mostly for new towels.
