Staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, rooms were beautifully decorated. Breakfast was outstanding food freshly cooked and served hot which is always a bonus

Lovely staff. Nice pub stay for a night with cosy comfy room. Good pub food and a hearty breakfast.
We had an issue with the shower but was explained when checking out, you had to do a procedure to get hot water. This should have been mentioned at check in. My wife couldn’t shower sadly as it was too cold.

Breakfast was good - they knew we had to be away early so they started earlier than usual to accommodate us.
Restaurant was great - really good menu included Vegan options for some of my family and food was lovely.
service too was excellent.
Room was tired - it was hot - but when we opened the windows the false ceiling tiles rattled and kept us awake.
Bathroom was very 1970's and - plumbing was old. Shower was a dribble and either too hot or too cold.
Beds were comfy though :-)
