This was a home away from home. Tonia and Demetrius were so helpful and friendly. The views are spectacular and breakfast served to our room was excellent.

Absolutely everything! The location, the beautiful property, our room and the service were all exceptional. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Tonia. She does an outstanding and highly professional job while managing Wind Tales with so much warmth, care and genuine hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome and completely at home. We honestly had the most wonderful time and could not have wished for a better stay. Tonia and Dimi, you are simply amazing – thank you for making our time at Wind Tales so special!
Wind Tales is one of those places you leave with wonderful memories and immediately want to return to. We can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Syros. For us, it truly felt like a home away from home.
There was honestly nothing we disliked. The only thing worth mentioning is that there are quite a few stairs, which are simply part of the location and its beautiful setting. This was absolutely no problem for us, but guests with limited mobility or those who have difficulty walking should keep this in mind when booking.

We loved the views. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing.
The accommodation was so quirky, with so many original features. It’s been restored to a very high standard and is nothing like we’ve ever stayed in before.
Tonia was fantastic and a real asset to staying at Wind Tales. The breakfast was wonderful, served on the balcony and Tonia’s local knowledge was appreciated in recommending restaurants, booking us taxi’s etc.
she was so willing.
Demetri was amazing in taking our luggage to the taxi park and being there if we needed him.
It’s certainly not for people who suffer from
vertigo and those less mobile. The steps were steep and narrow and although the breeze was a welcome addition whilst we were staying at Wind Tales, it slightly hindered the higher points when getting back to the property.
Having said that, we loved our stay.

Wind Tales is easily one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the very first minute, Alexis and Dimitri made me feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality is warm, personal, and effortless.
The location high up in Ano Syros is spectacular, with unbeatable panoramic views across the island and the Aegean Sea. The rooms are a modern, spotless, tastefully styled, and featuring extremely comfortable beds.
The outdoor pool and breakfast terrace are absolute highlights. And the breakfast itself deserves special mention: fresh, healthy, delicious, and filled with high-quality local ingredients, all served with a view you never want to leave.
A truly authentic, memorable stay with zero compromises. I couldn't have been happier and will definitely be back.
