El alojamiento está en un lugar privilegiado, a 5 minutos andando de los telecabinas de esquí. Se puede aparcar en la puerta sin ningún problema. Las habitaciones son amplias, con terraza. Tiene mesa de comedor en la habitación.
El baño es amplio y tiene todo lo necesario.
El personal es atento todo el rato.
El desayuno no tiene comparación, es estupendo, con horario perfecto y con muy buena organización.
Me gustó todo, aunque hay que ir con coche.

Das nicht bis zum Ende der Eincheck-Zeit gewartet wurde bis man angerufen wurde.

Ho soggiornato per due notti all'Hotel Heinz, durante una visita ad amici nei pressi di Brunico. La struttura è agevolmente raggiungibile con mezzi propri, con i mezzi pubblici o, come nel mio caso, a piedi, dalla stazione, con una passeggiata di circa 3 km. Il personale è estremamente cordiale. La stanza era accogliente, ampia, ben curata e pulita, con una splendida vista. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la colazione, servita in una sala con splendide vedute sulle montagne. È un punto di partenza ideale per escursioni in zona. Per la cena, se non ci si vuole allontanare, c'è la possibilità di fermarsi al bar dell'Hotel o, volendo, di attraversare la strada e cenare nel vicino ristorante (anche questo consigliato).
Personalmente, trovo poco igienica la scelta di infilare il rotolo di carta igienica di scorta nel manico dello scopino del wc. Suggerirei di collocarlo in un altro luogo.
