A lovely hotel in a fabulous location, the staff couldn’t be anymore friendly & helpful. Daniel couldn’t do enough to help us he went above and beyond he even helped us take our cases to the 3rd floor, he also made sure we was happy & comfortable with our room. If we came back to Bacharach we would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Daniel & staff for all your kindness you made our stay perfect.

Very central to many things in the city and the bike trails. Able to lock up our bikes in the lobby -even electricity to plug in e bike, nice breakfast and coffee machine.

The location is excellent with a nice little street outside that leads to the Werner Chappelle, Alt Haus, and lots of other beautiful areas. The Post Hof restaurant across the street is great and the small Armenian Cafe Bistro NOY is excellent. The room was well sized and offered a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from.
nothing that the guesthouse can control, but parking can be something of a hike since all the parking is outside the old walls of the city. but then again, walking thru the gates is has a certain charm

I liked the location. Close to bakery, gelato store, good restaurants. The room and bathroom were very clean and airy. . We had a secure place to keep our bikes.
There was very rarely any staff around. There wasn’t a lift and we had to go to the 5th floor carrying up our suitcases. I went to have a shower our first day and there was about a tablespoon of body wash left. Couldn’t find anyone to get a replacement. Luckily we travel with small amounts of our own product. There were two beside tables and lamps. My lamp didn’t have a light. So my suitcase was in shadows all the time. Towels were never changed nor the bathroom cleaned during our two days and two nights stay.
