Very good

The room is big and had a good layout. There is a limited mini bar also.Location is really good, make sure you explore both exits of the hotel! Loads of great bars and restaurants close by.

Exceptional

Hotel was lovely with a great pool area ( we didn’t get to use as was raining for the day we visited) Room was absolutely huge, with a kitchen area The bed was again really big and extremely comfy Was in a perfect location for the night market too

would stay again for the price

It was exceptionally clean and the room was massive, the balcony was nice too. The pool was always quiet and wasn’t too cold but refreshing enough.

The cafe beneath wasn’t great and you had to walk through the lobby to get to the pool. the location isn’t great. you can probably get 1 day out of doing things but if your looking to explore I wouldn’t stay here. stay on the Patong side of the island that is great

Very good stay, close to the Old Town.

The place is very good and located in the center. Walking distance from the Old Town in Phuket but still it is very quiet. Spacious room with a nice view of the pool. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. There was a minibar and a big fridge, kettle and sink. Like a small house :) I can reccomend this place to everyone!

No possibility of breakfast. There is a cafe downstairs but only with cakes etc. Dark room, no lights on the bed side table.

Good

Great location, right next to a super market, pharmacy and a food market. Only 5 mins to get into the old town. Beds were big and comfortable. Rooms were clean and shower was good.

The hotel is fairly noisy at night , you can hear people in the corridor and music on the street but that's expected when staying in the centre.

Lovely hotel near the Old Town

The location was excellent, nearby the Old Town, in front of a mall with a Tops supermarket, close to restaurants and cafés. The room was large with good natural light, a big fridge, a desk, and a kettle. Nice clean bathroom with a good shower. The café at the entrance of the hotel was exceptional: perfect to start the day with a freshly brewed coffee. Lovely staff, from the Reception ladies to the cleaners. They were all very professional and friendly. Excellent value for money.

location is great but bed bugs not so great.

location was fantastic

bed bugs. didn’t realize it was that bad till we left and I saw the little red bite marks all over my back. there were also mould problems and our bathroom had a water leak behind the mirror. it was definitely very spacious but the bed bugs was the biggest turn off.

Comfortable stay for a good price

We’ve got a lovely room with a big balkony with a pool view. Room was big, bed was very comfortable, bateriom big. Everything super clean. Even when we were not asking for a cleaning service, housekeeping was bringing toilet papier and water everyday. They were very helpful. I recommend this hotel 😀

I would just improve the internet, because it was weak

Nice apart-hotel but reception staff unfriendly. Great cleaners. Lovely building. Great parking.

Great cleaners, lovely pool, nice balcony. Overall a good experience except for dour reception staff.

Reception staff were not friendly. Coffee shop staff also rather glum. Poor selection of food. Its a beautiful coffee shop but surely a better selection of eatables could be arranged.

Amazing value hotel

Great value for money hotel, our room was spacious and comfortable. Ideal location to explore the Sunday Night Walking Market. Thalami Road is just outside the rear entrance. Pool looked good although we didn’t make use of it. Tasty coffee in the shop below.

Good location

Very good value for money, location very good, near a night market from the front entrance, opposite tops supermarket and near 7-11. The back entrance leads directly to sunday night market. Room was clean and very comfortable.
