Very reasonably priced motel only metres away from the Shepparton Art Museum and the beautiful lake park. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable . Excellent value for money.

Did not have breakfast. Excellent location 6 min walk from SAM (Shepparton Arts Museum). The gallery is exceptional. Recommend walk around lake. First class restaurant at at nearby Parklake

The bed was comfy and the shower was great. Location was good
The room needs a good clean and repair. The basin tap was just hanging and not fixed properly to the basin. Toaster and microwave supplied but no bowls or plates and not enough cutlery for one no less two.
