Stayed here few times, so easy to get to and I like the area.
Requested "non-smoking" and the room was totaly fresh :)
Not too busy like some parts of Tokyo. Lots of reasonable places to eat and shop.
Good transport links.
Price is typical Tokyo price, so not cheap.

Super cosy room! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (especially since I checked in at one in the morning) and the location was excellent given how close it was to Gotanda station. Great for anyone visiting Tokyo.

The hotel was very well located - great neighbourhood. The room itself was very clean.
The room was very tiny. We could barely fit our two suitcases (medium and small hand luggage).
