We stayed here overnight after flying into the airport, with plans to take a morning train to Kyoto. It was conveniently located to the train/metro station. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable

The location was excellent. A nice walk from Shinagawa Station, a major station that has a lot of options like JR Transit and Shinkansen. Lots of late night options when you walk about the door.
The room is a standard Japanese size. Lots of storage very helpful staff. The bathroom is normal which is great.
Stairs. It's just hard when you have suitcases. They don't have any elevators nor an easier way to bring up any suitcases.

location was nice -- 10 minute walk from Shinagawa station. I was suprsied room had a (very small) kitchen. Price was good for the value.
Facility showed signs of age and neglect, such as dust build-up in the corners. room and bath were small but useable--to be expected for tokyo.

It was close to the station and very simple, what you'd expect. It had everything you needed for a quick stay. It's close to a family mart and supermarket which made it really convenient. The shower water pressure was nice actually but the shower head was broken so water kept spraying from the other side. Not a big deal though actually.
The room is old and even though it was a non smoking room, it definitely had the leftover smell of someone who had smoked before. The AC was super loud
