Free Breakfast, baggage storage after checkout. Right at the Aomonoyokocho train station, close to tourist spot around Tokyo and Convenient place to stay if flying out of Haneda.

Excellent staff , both receptionist and kitchen staff are the best in Japan . Location is close to airport around 20 minutes good for early morning plane . Just besides station save lots of time . Free excellent coffee and matcha latte , hot and cold water .
Breakfast is excellent. If breakfast room is packed then they have takeout tray take to room to eat

Close to station. Lots of places to eat close by along with supermarkets and convenience stores. Free coffee, tea, matcha, hot and cold water in the foyer. There's also amenities like soap, razor and teas. Free breakfast was ok, it's typical japanese breakfast simple and filling.
Rooms were on smaller size compared to other Japanese hotels we stayed at. In addition, rooms were not serviced daily, only every 2 days.
