Quality to price is a long way off.

The staff was mostly friendly,

Unfortunately, the music that was turned on every day from 21 to midnight and sometimes even later. There is no information on the booking site. If I had known I would never have stayed there. You come to relax and not to listen to music until midnight, which is turned on very loudly and the entertainer shouting through the microphone. In the day when you. Every day at the pool there is also music turned up to the max where you can't talk but have to shout to each other

Comfortable place to stay. Close to many nice villages and lovely pool. Staff very kind.

Very nice holiday appartment with good breakfast, good aircon, nice balcony. But bring your earplugs

The swimming pool is nice and big. Good beds and umbrella's. Bathroom of the apartment is simple but effective. Toilet, shower, bidet and sink. The location is a bit far away from everything. You need a car or take the shuttlebus to the beach. The breakfast in the restaurant nearby is very nice. Good and friendly service. Nice room with a good airconditioning and balcony.

The music and entertainment volume is much too loud. All day the music at the pool is giving you a headache. It is far to much dBA and the entertainment in the evening is the same. It seems the animation team likes loud music, but this volume is not good for your ears. Especially for the kids. The description in the Booking.com app says nothing about needing to pay for your towels. Not pool towels, but the towels for personal use. Furthermore it is an Aparthotel with no cleaning everyday or making your beds. The appartement is clean as you arrive. After that it is up to yourself. Or pay.

Good residence and location

Very spacious studio flat in super good location.

Reception was not always available you have to wait until 9 am to get support. Our studio was on the first floor and we had none to help us with the luggages

not recommend it to anyone

The bed was comfortable. That's all.

We were dissatisfied with the accommodation. From 9 pm to midnight, there was loud party at the hotel's bar every night. We couldn't sleep and relax. And the karaoke sounded terrible! When we spoke the next day, they tried to deny it... They told: "Unfortunately the music does not come from the hotel restaurant but from a pub and with the wind you can hear it up to the residence." BUT! After we said we came down and saw it, they admit... The stove sparkler was not working and there was no matc. The kitchen was not well equipped, and there was no salt, no sugar, no sponge, no trash bag etc. We stayed there for 4 days and during that time did not clean up, they did not empty the trash. The key to the apartment was very curved. This broke into the lock the last day... "Fortunately" they solved the problem routinely... It seemed this is not the first case.... Eh
