I spent four nights here and everything was exceptional. The staff are what make this place stand out — very kind, welcoming and refreshingly pragmatic. They accommodated every request without fuss and helped me with everything I needed, including arranging a rental car. The location is as central as it gets in Parikia: you're a short walk from the port, the restaurants and the old town, and the hotel sits right next to a lovely park, which keeps it feeling calm despite being in the middle of everything. Great value and a genuinely easy, comfortable stay. I'd happily come back.

There seemed to have clean room.
There was a very old TV monitor with local channels.
no plugs beside the bed
The toilet is very old and needs renovation.
The electricity was cutoff in the middle of night while the temperature was really high and though the hotel was accepting clients they refused to change our room.The owners of the villa live in the house and they had their room's light on.It was very hot hours with an AC turned off.They had no alternative plan for electricity.
we opened the balcony but it was very humid and with street view the cars were very loud.
instead of having breakfast already served on the table, they serve portion by portion.They try to control by asking you to consume less water and not to lower AC temperature.
The curtains are very transparent.No privacy.
We wouldnot come back.
