Location good. Pool area a bonus. Friendly helpful staff. Room tidy. Big bed. Ok mattress.

Excellent seaside location with a marvellous view. Fabulous traditional Greek breakfast from Messinia (don’t miss out on the freshly prepared lalagia!). Very clean and refreshing swimming pool.
It’s a pity that tap water is not drinkable in Kyparissia. Make sure you get bottled water supplies.

The location and the price.
The hotel stunk of cigarettes to the extent that the towels and bed linen smelt.
