Convenient access to Olympic events and public transportation. Enjoyed being in Chinatown away from super touristy areas. Didn't realize we booked a "residence" versus regular hotel but it turned out fine once we figured out logistics. Large standard studio apartment with kitchen.
Did not have 24 hr, weekend lobby coverage since it is not a hotel. Would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. For example, didn't know where to leave keys upon departure in off hours and who to ask at first.

Top floor was nice and quiet and felt safe as balcony had no lock that I was aware of.
Nice to have a fridge and small kitchen.
Beds were fine
Room looks like the advertised photos and it’s in walking distance to main attractions if you like to walk a lot like we do.
Wish there were screens on the windows as mosquitos were biting as we slept, and there was a smell like baby powder in the air so wanted to keep windows open.
Place was farther from the train station than I expected (in China town)
Didn’t understand from the advertisement that this was a university-dorm-like like residence. Had I known I would have been fine with it, it just took me by surprise.

great location, close to China town and Garibaldi railway station.
the reception is closed on Sunday and sound insulation is not good considering the age of the building.
