Prijatna atmosfera, uvek čisto i uredno. Ljubazno osoblje. Dosta parking mesta. Nije daleko ni od plaže, ni od centra. Klima funkcioniče odlično. Uvek ima tople vode za tuširanje.
Kuhinja je slabo opremljena, falična (samo dve šolje za kafu, jedna šolja za čaj, jedna čaša za vino...), ako želite da pripremate hranu, treba da ponesete dosta stvari. Nema komarnik na vratima terase.
