Architectural design blended into the landscape. Effortless, friendly service. Excellent staff and management. Calm atmosphere. Clean, modern facilities, lovely large room and bathroom, pretty garden terrace. Always space on the loungers by the pool and in the garden.
Access road could be improved at the road junction!

Wonderful Stay in Kefalonia
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kefalonia. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. After a long flight, we were welcomed warmly and were able to go straight to breakfast, which was a great way to start our stay.
The swimming pool is large, peaceful, and very relaxing. We were traveling with two children, who of course made a little noise from time to time, but the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and made us feel completely comfortable.
Overall, the atmosphere throughout the hotel is fantastic, the staff are wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!
One small suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the gym. A few resistance bands, some additional weights, as well as drinking water and towels would make it much better equipped.

The pool is very big and also empty most of the time although we been there at August. The staff were nice.
The room very big, beds comfortable.
The breakfast has good variety, but basic.
The room big but Kinda old and have small Defects, so its not has very fancy feeling but it’s cool for regular relax holiday.

The property was a little dated however it was clean.
The staff at the front desk weren’t very helpful or friendly. When we asked about a boat tour we were given brochures to contact various tour groups etc. Most hotels of this standard would offer this service. In addition to this during breakfast a staff member was standing alongside the food at all times, this was quite intimidating and made you feel uncomfortable as you were being watched.
Finally, when we checked out there was no acknowledgment from the lady at the front desk, no thank you or good bye…….
