Our 14th floor apartment had incredible views, north to the Spit, south to Coolangatta and Fingal Head, and from the kitchen and second bedroom west across the canals to the hinterland. As we had an end unit we had sea views through the large expanse of windows on the northern side of the unit. Plus the beautiful, calming sound of waves ... We were spoiled rotten!
We booked the Pacific Plaza as it is very close to the tram stop. We used the trams to get to medical appointments in Southport - so quick! We also walked north along the beach to the cafes and restaurants at Main Beach and caught the tram back, used the trams to visit the main area of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. And we spent lots of time relaxing in the lovely unit.
We will be back!

View was amazing. Location is good, near the beach and walking distance to main surfers paradise area. Communication with host was good.
were bit dated, 2 dish washer tablets for 4 day stay isn’t sufficient, same for toilet rolls and garbage bags and towels, otherwise ill rate it higher.

I thought our room was dated. Window stays sticking, Single hot & cold taps, shower heads weren't adjustable for shorter people. We had a firm alarm during our stay & the stairs are slippery. My granddaughter fell down a flight.
