The location itself, the object, the staff.
It is pretty nice, the staff is communicating, the cleaning lady is also every day cleaning the rooms, getting new towels if needed and other things.
I was accomodated there 8 years ago, and everything is the same, so it needs a bit of renovation. The furniture, appliances, doors etc.

The property looks very nice from the outside. The lobby and entrance are beautifully decorated, the pool area is pleasant with plenty of sunbeds, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was generally clean, although the water was a little cloudy at times. Overall, the exterior of the property looks really nice.
Unfortunately, the rooms do not quite live up to the first impression. The interior is more like a typical older Greek accommodation. The mattress was very thin and had noticeable springs, so it wasn’t particularly comfortable. The air conditioner was quite old and very noisy, and we had to constantly adjust it with the remote. It was so loud that we couldn’t really sleep with it on at night.
The bathroom also had mould around the shower cabin. The kitchen was not very well maintained either — the stovetop and its cable were very greasy, and the kitchen cupboards had a strong, unpleasant smell, almost like sewage.

The location to town was great, a few minutes walk and you're in the centre.
It has a cafe on site which was nice.
