The best hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful.

In addition, they offer a free shuttle service from the airport or train station (you just need to contact them in advance).
The best hotel in Samarkand! We will definitely come back, highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts. (We have no connection to the hotel, just genuine praise for a perfect hotel!)

The location is excellent just meters from a lively street with restaurants where you can experience the local vibe. As the weather was too hot, we took taxis to reach the Registan square (less than 10 minutes, an easy walk under other weather conditions!). We also visited several Museums. All taxis were arranged from the hotel and costed less than US$5 a trip).
The hotel also offers a nice front patio with a fountain where you can relax and have a drink after a busy day.
This hotel also offers a very friendly team at the front desk. In fact, they proved to be for us when we needed the most! Unfortunately, I got sick during my stay (nothing related to the hotel) and the person at the front desk offered to accompany my husband to buy some medicines at the Pharmacy). He also got an emergency doctor in less than 15 minutes. I am very grateful to Munisbek for personally taking care of us and look forward to return to Hotel Ideal in my future trip to Samarkand!
I have nothing to comment on; all aspects of our stay were positive (even when dealing with the health issue).

Our family had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ideal Hotel - Samarkand. It was a spacious, comfortable and well-equipped family suite.
Housekeeping was excellent, with daily replenishment of all essentials, including complimentary bottled water.
The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.
We also greatly appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off provided by the hotel.
The hotel has a beautiful green lawn with a fountain and outdoor seating, making it a lovely place to relax with tea or coffee.
Its location is excellent, with several restaurants within a short walking distance, including the hotel's own Ideal Restaurant, and many of Samarkand's main attractions are nearby.
Every member of the team was incredibly kind, polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a quick response to any request. Their hospitality made our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend Ideal Hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand.
