We spent two nights in a comfort double room at the Arosa Vetter Hotel and had a wonderful time overall. The location is an absolute highlight extremely convenient, just a short walk from both the train station and the cable car.
Our room was very comfortable, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious (plus, it’s great to see that the restaurant is dog-friendly!). A special shout-out to Sunday breakfast: being able to order freshly cooked scrambled eggs and bacon was fantastic it was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. On other days, breakfast is a bit more basic (boiled eggs are the only hot option), but still adequate for a 3-star standard.
A couple of minor details kept this from being a 5-star stay: I had noted via Booking.com that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and this is the first hotel we've visited that didn't acknowledge it with even a simple note in the room. Additionally, while our evening waitress was friendly, service felt a little abrupt at times.

Good central location.
Building work nearby was noisy until late and from early on.
No breakfast buffet due to Covid and so choices nd amount limited.
No refrigerator in room.
