The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Lorenza was a great host and keen to improve her already good English. She was always asking if we needed anything or wanted different food options. Location was perfect to travel to scenic places for day trips. Balcony was nice to sit out on in the evenings.

Very clean quite spacious, good for long or short stays. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Wonderful host who lives on premises. Quick access to Kitzbuhl ski lifts. Nice 5 minute walk to town for restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was very nice and silent. Very nice owners.
Room was too hot for us during the hottest summer time (+34 C degrees) since there are no air-condition.
