Very clean and well located
We didn’t have hot water, many stairs for an elder person, no privacy in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. It was also very quiet.
The hot water was inconsistent. The WiFi was also hit or miss.

Strong AC and very comfy bed! The staff were so kind and helpful, and breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely.
Bathroom felt a little dated, could use a facelift, but overall very nice and clean.

People were very friendly and helpful. We had issue with pluming and it was resolved quickly. We were able to store our luggage until we leave.
There was no water in the morning so we can not brush teeth and toilet can not flush. Wifi does not work on the third floor where we stayed.
