The Location not to far from many Train Line and near drug store.
When Raining, It's a little bit difficult to walk to Train Station.

It is not in the middle of a busy area which is nice for Tokyo. It is also very easy to find from the street, with a sign directing you to the hotel. It’s a very short and peaceful walk to Minami-Senju station, and there are many places to eat within walking distance. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I honestly didn’t mind the size of the rooms. Although they are smaller, they get colder much faster, which was amazing for the Tokyo heat.
Since it is a hostel/hotel, you are sharing facilities with everyone else. It is a bit of an awkward walk to the showers, because they are right in front of a common area that people use to eat and watch TV. There were multiple times where people were literally just staring at me as I was coming out of the shower rooms lol.

Friendly staff! Every room is slightly different which is fun. The location is nice since it’s right around the corner from my favorite 7/11 and not too far from the closest station. The washer and dryer are super affordable and in a pinch you could grab some detergent from the desk for a few yen.
To preface, I stayed here for a whole 7 days.
Thin walls. I could hear fellow guests walking around the floor below from my room on the second floor. Which leads to my second point… This place seemed to attract not-so-thoughtful guests. People would walk with lead feet down the hallway, slam doors, and bang stuff around in their rooms. I also witnessed, several times, guests not following slipper rules in bathrooms, and throughout the facility. Additionally, the wifi was subpar. I had to disconnect and use data many times just to surf the net.
