Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding at check in they got wrong dates but then luckily after a bit of a wait in foyer they managed to book us into the adjacent 4bdroom until our villa was ready the day after. Apart from that it was a really good stay
They accommodated us with a free breakfast.

Location was good, 10 min walk to Seminyak. Plenty of shops 5 mins away.
Tia the manager, was very helpful and did everything she could to look after me and make sure I had a great stay.
The showers need a bit of TLC as the water pressure wasn’t the best especially the one upstairs.
