חדרים נקיים , מיקום נוח , עשר דקות לכל היותר מהמרכז ומהתחנה המרכזית . שקט. בעלי בית ידידותיים שישמחו לעזור. המיטות נוחות והכל היה תקין .יש מעלית ( למלון 4 קומות). רואים שהמקום מתוחזק היטב
החדרים מאוד מיושנים, לא בכל מקום יש קומקום חשמלי. בחלק מהחדרים יש מקלחון-שירותים קטנטנן למרות שאני קיבלתי חדר אמבטיה גדול ומרווח.

Toni, the owner looked after us and is a really nice lady. The room are perfectly fine and very clean and the rate was excellent value for money. The location, i.e. in the centre of Samakov is excellent. We were skiing in Borovets and had a rental car, so it was just a very short drive from the hotel. The restaurants around Samakov are great and are just a short walk from the hotel.
Not much. There was a guard dog that barked a lot, but that can't be helped I guess. It is a real pity there is no formal connection between the hotel and adjoining the café/restaurant. We would have loved to have had breakfast there in the morning as part of the cost of our stay for a little extra.

The location was perfect 5 min walk to centar of Samokov all market was on 5min. Walk Bila, Lidl, etc. and 10-15 minutes drive to Borovets and to don't forget you have free parking front the hotel at any time.
The room was very beautiful clean and hot with balcony and nice view to Rila mountain. Personal was very frendly, we ask if we can left room after 4pm because regular time is 12 and they allow us to stay without any charge.
I strongly recommend hotel Niko you cannot get better for this price.

The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.
The heating was put on just upon our arrival, thus the rooms were cold on that first night (we had to wear socks and sweatshirts under the blanckets and it was still cold to sleep comfortably). It is said that there is a restaurant in the hotel in the description on Booking, so we relied on it that we were going to have some meals in the hotel, but it doesn't work.
