Nearby motorway and shopping centre.
Breakfast looked poor at first. All fixed by friendly chef and fresh ham and eggs! Also we were only guests, so thumb up for not creating excesive waste from the food we wouldn't eat anyway :-)
The room was a bit small.
Overall state of builiding need a bit of restoration or refresh.
Complicated approach to the reception and its working hours (unable to accommodate after 10pm - we were informed in advance, so not big issue here.)
