Accommodation with good facilities, parking on site, foothills of the High Tatras, good access to the highway. Nice and helpful staff, in the restaurant waiters only from abroad (from Kazakhstan), they speak Slovak and English (and probably Russian :-)). Good price for the services in the context of awaited quality. There was no long wait for breakfast and dinner, there was enough space in the restaurant.
There are several negatives. The cleanliness of the apartment was critical, which also applies to the common areas, corridors, stairs and restaurant. The elevator in apartment building C did not work, and apparently has not been working for a long time, as a plastic sign warned about it. The floor in the restaurant was sticky, several plates with poorly washed food residues. We found moldy bread for breakfast!!! Overall, the facility shows that they save money on everything. For example, the recycling of old bread. On Sunday morning, there was only old dry bread for breakfast. We do not complain about the quality of the food, we know how much we paid for a stay with half board. I feel sorry for the people who bought an investment apartment here... It is a value that does not grow due to the quality of the services...

The hotel apartment was very cosy, a lot of space, a lot wadrobe, kitchen is equiped as it was described, heating was good, bed is confortable, nice terrace with table and chairs. The price to value is very good. Beakfast excellent variable, and tasty, absolutely worth to take. The dinner : just go and pay before diner and eat, easy. Selfservice a lot of food. Tasty well designed furnished diner place! Anyaway it was also good that we did not have to pay in advance for the apartement, just when we arrived. The place is close to sky resorts and turist places!

The receptionist was kind and helpful and she speaks Englist very well. Good location and cozy wood-effect accommodation, but unfortunately that all from the good things.
We booked two rooms, in one of them the heating did not operate so we got another room. In both rooms the TV was not working, in the first room there was no remote controll at all and in the other one there was no battery in it, so we were not able to watch TV in either room, It is a four-star-hotel, but there is no water kettle, or tea or coffee... but the dinner and breakfast Horrible... You can push some black coffee out of the thermos, oh my god, that is for 4stars? No way! Poor selection either for dinner or breakfast,
